Payment
It is practice policy that payments are settled at each visit. We accept Cash, Cheques and Credit/Debit Cards.

Denplan
The practice offers a Dental Payment Plan and Insurance policy programme that allows you to budget for your treatment, paying a monthly direct debit payment. There are two different options for this and details are available to take away from the practice. Please ask for details.

Cancellation policy
We understand our patients have busy lives and that occasionally you will need to cancel an appointment. To achieve efficent service for yourself and others we require at least 24 hours notice to be given when cancelling an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice or more, we will make no charge and reschedule your appointment at a more convienient time. Each year a significant amount of surgery time is lost to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If we are unable to fill your time, our policy is to charge you the full cost of the appointment.

Dental emergencies
If you are a registered patient of the practice and you have a dental emergency within the surgery opening hours please call the practice and we should be able to accomodate you with one of our designated emergency slots. If you have a dental emergency outside opening hours please call the practice where you will hear a message giving you the telephone number to call, to access the out of hours emergency on call service

Keep us informed
We will ask you every six months to update your medical history. If there are any changes in the meantime please keep us informed

Protection
As a caring practice we take all necessary precautions to safeguard both patients and staff members against infectious diseases. We follow and exceed all recommended guidelines for sterilsation and use disposable products wherever possible.
